Viresh Chowdhoory

A Pastry Chef obsessed with the desire to learn and know as much as possible, a Culinary Larousse with an impressive memory bank who chooses to learn most of his recipes off by heart! A growing career of 18 years in experimenting and learning from the best in order to achieve his dreams. Worked and trained under the guidance of Michelin Star chefs in Mauritius, Seychelles, France.
Experience in Pre-Opening Team of 5 Star Projects, like Sun International Group, Starwood and Ramada International.

Mr. Anil Martis

With a strong back ground in Food& Beverage service s , Mr. Anil started his career with Sheraton Bahrain in 1994 and worked up with different brands such as Le-Royal Meridian , the Ritz-Carlton , Jumeirah International, Rotana , Rixos & The Ramada , having Mr. Anil on our panel we are blessed with a person who can guide us with different brand standards followed and the students get a wide exposure under his leadership in the Food & Beverage division.

Mr. Joseph is an Electrical Engineering who has completed Project Management course from University of Toronto and has over 20 years’ experience in reputed international Hotel brands such as Ritz Carlton , Starwood , Anantara , Banyan tree and The Address Dubai ,currently holds the position of Director of Engineering and is a pre-opening expert for Hotel’s.


Mrs. Priya Bhaskar

Mrs. Priya has nearly 20 years of experience in Front Office operations and has worked in key positions with renowned hotel brands.

Priya’s expert knowledge and experience extends to complete Front Office operations, Revenue Management, Operational skills in Rooms Division and Guest Relations. She possesses a strong background in hotel openings having worked as part of the launch team in UAE, India and Maldives. Priya’s work exposure to some of the world’s most iconic hotels in the Maldives and UAE has enriched the level of expertise with ASHOT Group

Chef Alvin has been in the industry for more than 14 years and graduated from Hotel & Institutional Management Mumbai ,Chefs experience in India and international level gives us the icing of confidence and experience in the F&B Production Department , Chef Alvin has experience in hotel as well as in the cruise liners , chef Alvin was awarded the Youngest Jr Sous Chef for 26 fleets when he was employed with Carnival cruises& Youngest Chef Tournant for 11 fleets in the Celebrity , Chef Alvin has experience in the US , Bermuda and the middle-east sector , worked with hotels and cruises to name a few like Intercontinental Hotels , Sun & Sand ,One and Only Royal Mirage , Starwood properties , Beach Club Hotel Bermuda , Ramada Worldwide , Carnival Cruise & Celebrity cruise , Chefs wide experience will be an asset to ASHOT Group
